Updating Expired Licences - After Renewal

This article will guide you through updating your HerdMASTER Licences after renewing your subscription.

 Instructions

The instructions below are for updating Licences that have already expired.

  1. Start by clicking the Update Licences button on the Licence Expired window.

  2. On the next window, click on Get Licence

  3. Next, enter your Name and CRN then click Get Licence again.

  4. The new licences will have been downloaded. Click on OK to restart HerdMASTER and apply the new licences.

An internet connection is required to update licences on your PC. If the PC is unable to be connected to the internet, please Contact Us for instructions on how to update them via USB.
