Updating Trial Licences to Subscription Licences

This article will guide you through updating your trial licences to subscription licences. This is for updating them prior to the trial period expiry date.

Instructions
Start by opening HerdMASTER and logging in to your database.
Go to Help → About on the top menu bar
Click on Update Subscription Licences
Enter your Name and CRN and then click on Get Licence
You will then receive a confirmation message after the licences are downloaded. Click OK to restart the program and apply the new licences.
An internet connection is required to update licences on your PC. If the PC is unable to be connected to the internet, please Contact Us for instructions on how to update them via USB.
