Updating Existing and Valid Licences

This article will guide you through updating existing licences in HerdMASTER if needed. HerdMASTER should automatically update licences that are still valid, but it can also be done manually if required.

 Instructions

Start by opening HerdMASTER and logging in.

  1. From the main screen in HerdMASTER, go to Help → Online Licence Update under the top menu bar.

  2. You should then receive a confirmation message. Click OK to restart HerdMASTER and apply the new licences.

An internet connection is required to update licences on your PC. If the PC is unable to be connected to the internet, please Contact Us for instructions on how to update them via USB.
